Agartala, August 1: In a significant move towards ensuring uninterrupted power supply during the ongoing monsoon and the upcoming festive season, a statewide virtual meeting was held on Friday from the Corporate Office of the Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL).

The state power minister Ratan Lal Nath had chaired the virtual meeting, which brought together helpers, linemen, staff, and officials from all levels of the corporation through video conferencing.

Multiple issues were discussed in the meeting including raising public awareness about smart meters, strengthening the image of the corporation as customer-friendly, and ensuring swift redressal of consumer grievances. Special emphasis was laid on maintaining seamless electricity service during Durga Puja and the high-demand rainy season.

All participating employees and officials assured their full cooperation and commitment to delivering their best for uninterrupted service.
