Agartala, Aug 10: The 18th Biennial State Conference of the All Tripura Blind Committee Central Zone was held today at the conference hall of the Agartala Press Club.

Minister for Social Welfare and Social Education Tinku Roy, Minister Sudhangshu Das and others were present. The event featured a felicitation ceremony honoring meritorious visually impaired and other differently-abled students.

Speaking at the program, the minister reiterated the state government’s sincere commitment to addressing the various issues faced by visually impaired and differently-abled individuals. He emphasized that the government is continuously working with dedication to improve their quality of life.

Concluding his address, the minister wished all participants good health and long life.
