New Delhi, Feb 4:
Rajya Sabha MP and Tripura BJP president Rajib Bhattacharjee on Thursday highlighted that the real strength of the Bharatiya Janata Party lies in its committed and disciplined workers, describing the BJP as the largest political organisation in the world. He made the remarks while attending the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan–2026 at the party’s national headquarters.

The training programme was organised under the guidance of BJP national president Nitin Nabin and brought together party leaders and representatives from across the country. Speaking on the occasion, Bhattacharjee said the meeting provided valuable direction and strategic guidance aimed at strengthening organisational activities at all levels.

He emphasised that the Prashikshan Mahabhiyan is designed to energise the party cadre, making the organisational structure more dynamic, responsive, and effective. According to him, such initiatives play a crucial role in reinforcing discipline, teamwork, and grassroots participation, which have been key factors behind the BJP’s sustained growth nationwide.

Bhattacharjee noted that the campaign seeks to empower workers by enhancing their understanding of the party’s ideology and organisational responsibilities. “The BJP has grown into the world’s largest political organisation because of the dedication, hard work, and sacrifices of its workers at the booth, mandal, and district levels,” he said, adding that continuous training helps keep the cadre motivated and aligned with the party’s vision.

Party leaders present at the programme said the training initiative forms part of a broader strategy to equip workers with ideological clarity, leadership skills, and organisational competence. The focus, they said, is on ensuring that the BJP continues to expand its reach across the country while remaining firmly rooted in its core principles and values inspired by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s philosophy.

The leaders also stressed that such structured training programmes help prepare the party to meet emerging political challenges and strengthen its connection with the people. With the Prashikshan Mahabhiyan–2026, the BJP aims to further consolidate its organisational base and ensure active participation of workers in achieving the party’s long-term goals.
