Agartala: April 23: The brutal and deadly terrorist attack on innocent tourists in Kashmir is an unimaginable tragedy that has shaken the conscience of every peace-loving individual. These tourists, hailing from various parts of India, had come to witness the natural beauty of the valley and experience its rich culture and warmth. Instead, they fell victim to a senseless and inhuman act of terror. This cowardly attack has cut short innocent lives and left families devastated, with scars that will take a lifetime to heal.

Such heinous and barbaric actions are a shame on all of humanity. There can never be any justification for targeting innocent civilians. These acts are not only an assault on the lives of individuals but also on the ideals of peace, unity, and coexistence that our nation and the world must strive to uphold. The international community must unite in condemning such acts with one voice, leaving no space for ambiguity or silence in the face of such cruelty.

On behalf of the Tripura Gramin Bank Retired Staff Association, express their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have lost their loved ones and with the injured who are undergoing treatment and recovering from this traumatic experience.

We urge the global community to stand united in denouncing terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. No matter where it occurs, terror is a threat to peace and humanity everywhere. Let us rise beyond boundaries and politics to speak out against such acts of violence and work collectively to root out this menace from the world.

May the souls of the departed rest in peace, and may justice prevail.
