Agartala: Mar 31: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)] is set to convene its 24th All India State Conference on April 2 in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. This significant event is expected to provide a platform for an extensive review of the current political landscape in the country.

According to Tripura’s opposition leader Jitendra Choudhury, 48 representatives and observers from Tripura will participate in the conference. CPI(M) leaders have already departed for Madurai over the past two days to prepare for the event.

Political analysts suggest that the conference will play a pivotal role in shaping the party’s future strategies. Discussions are anticipated to focus on internal strategic planning and the direction of upcoming movements, generating considerable interest in political circles.
