AGartala: April 08: The cost of domestic LPG cylinders has been revised, with an increase of ₹50 per cylinder effective from last night. In Tripura, the price has risen from ₹928 to ₹978 per cylinder, reflecting the national trend of escalating fuel prices.

This adjustment comes amidst ongoing concerns about rising petrol and diesel prices, which have already put significant pressure on household budgets. Members of the public have expressed that this increase is affecting various segments of society, including the middle-class and economically vulnerable groups. The issue has sparked discussions around its impact on everyday living expenses.
