Agartala: May 31: A woman was found dead in a jungle near her residence in Nandan Nagar Bardhan Para, causing concern in the local community. The police have recovered the body and sent it for a post-mortem examination. 

According to the victim’s family, the woman, identified as Malati Rudrapal, had gone for her routine morning walk but did not return home at the expected time. Her family initiated a search and discovered her body in a bloodied state near the roadside. They also reported that her gold jewelry was missing. 

Upon being informed, the police arrived at the scene, recovered the body, and sent it to the hospital for further examination. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding her death and to identify any potential suspects. 

Efforts are ongoing to gather more details and ensure justice is served.
