Tripura Gramin Bank has successfully concluded a state-wide Mega Credit Outreach Program covering MSME, agriculture, and allied sectors across all eight districts of Tripura. The month-long initiative aimed to provide eligible customers with timely and need-based financial support, strengthening financial inclusion and promoting sustainable economic development in the state.
The program saw active participation from the bank’s Regional Managers and their teams, along with senior officials from the Head Office, including the General Manager and Chief Manager, under the guidance and leadership of the Honorable Chairman. The outreach was further reinforced through collaboration with district administration representatives, including the District Magistrate (DM), Superintendent of Police (SP), Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Block Development Officer (BDO), and other key stakeholders.
Through this focused and targeted effort, the bank successfully disbursed a total of ₹63.67 crore in loans across agriculture, allied, and MSME sectors. The initiative provided significant financial incentives to farmers, entrepreneurs, artisans, and small business owners, facilitating livelihood generation and contributing to overall economic growth in the state.
