Agartala, April 11: Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu on Friday attended a symposium on Future Roadmap- North East India 2030 & Beyond, organised by the Assam Rifles here in a private run hotel in Agartala and called for the formulation of short term and long term plans to build a developed India.

Addressing the symposium, the Governor said that the Northeast India can be a driving force for the country’s growth due to its rich bio-diversity, natural resources, human resources, rich cultural diversity and strategic geographical location.

The Governor hoped that the symposium would discuss various possibilities and problems in detail and constructive proposals for peace and prosperity of the region would come forward.

Lieutenant General AS Pendharkar, AVSM, YSM, GOC-Three Corps has felicitated the Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu.
