Agartala, June 26: Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Thursday inaugurated the newly constructed building of Madhupur Higher Secondary School in Madhupur, located in the Kamalasagar Assembly constituency. The new facility has been built at a cost of ₹1.66 crore as part of the state government’s continued focus on enhancing educational infrastructure.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Saha reaffirmed the government’s commitment to inclusive development across all Assembly constituencies in Tripura. “Every Assembly constituency in Tripura is being connected to the development trajectory. The sacred land of Maa Kasbeshwari, Kamalasagar Assembly constituency, is no exception,” he said.
The Chief Minister interacted with students, teachers, and local residents during the event and emphasized the importance of modern and well-equipped educational institutions in nurturing the state’s future generations.
The newly inaugurated school building is expected to significantly improve the learning environment for students and support the efforts of teachers in delivering quality education.
The event marked yet another milestone in the state government’s ongoing mission to ensure balanced development and strengthen the academic framework throughout Tripura.
